How your views compare with the U.S. Supreme Court’s – an interactive

I saw this at the New York Times over the weekend.

The Times reported that the American Supreme Court has been becoming more conservative with each new Chief Justice since the ’70’s. As Justice Stevens has been fond of pointing out, with almost each new judge since 1975, when he joined, the replacement was more conservative than the justice who retired.

I took the test and it turns out I matched Justice Stevens 6-for-6. No surprise there, maybe, since his Gonzaga dissent mentioned my Gundlach v. Reinstein FERPA claim in a footnote.

Another reason why he is my favorite justice, I suppose. Now that he’s retiring, I have to pick a new one!
