Taking the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験)

Taking the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (日本語能力試験)

Sorry for my delay in posting here, but I have been spending some time studying for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.

Since I am in Japan, I took the test last Sunday at a city in Aichi Prefecture.

It is always a challenge for me, because my Japanese isn’t that good. Plus, I never have time to study the way I would like.

The test measures the student’s ability in:

vocabulary

listening

reading and grammar.

240 points (out of 400) are needed to pass.

Hopefully, I did OK to pass this year. I feel that, at some point along the way, I will inevitably pass this thing.
