A cold day in Tokyo.

Mother Nature’s variations have brought us an unusually cold April day for mid-month. I doubt the temperature even gets above 50 Fahrenheit.

I know when I went over to the combini, I felt like I was missing a winter scarf once that wind kicked in.

It’s strange how you develop a “technology sense” of the weather when you know exactly how many kWh you ordinarily use on the electric heater for each season, the kinds of weather, and how hot or cold. I’ve been running the thing most of the day, which I know is rare for April.

I wonder if it gets to freezin (32 degrees where I’m from) overnight . . .
