One of these IBMers worked in Japan, and now has a job in my country.

A Cornell university labor event, which was cancelled due to the Halloween snow storm last year, listed several IBM employees.

Isn’t it wonderful how people can leave their own countries–assuming they are the nationality of that country—and come to work in America? (This may be read as: take our jobs.) And, even, benefit from our labor laws, including the anti-discrimination provisions of Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act.

Yet, when we go and work in those same other countries, we’re not given the same protections.
