A nice summary of Dr. William Davis’ “Wheat Belly”, by another blogger and fan of his. I am, more than ever, curious about what wheat and fructose/sucrose do together–and which is more damaging. It would be great to see a multivariate regression analysis holding sugar constant versus changes in wheat; and wheat constant for changes in sugar.
