IBM Japan lawsuit by former employees of unit continues in Tokyo District Court.

From the JMIU-IBM website.

It’s hard to tell whether the union is talking this up as routine, or whether they really mean to get as many as people to be aware to draw the line concerning “lockout dismissals”.

It’s impressive that the second court date is so soon after the first. I bet it takes years for the court to come to a decision . . .

(That’s not so unusual.)

[Update 1/27/13: This next one, in February, is a response by IBM Japan. It will be interesting to hear how often they reference (or imply something about) the parent corporation back in New York.]
