Nothing silences the opposition like strong success. When you have eight million people in, with Marketplace policies, this is eight million people you have to convince that they are somehow “wrong” not to be getting their tax money back (so-called subsidy) in order to have what any other modern country considers a fundamental human right. And even some third-world countries do.
You see, the other side never really says that they were wrong. They just move on to some other topic of conversation. Even mouth-breather Jennifer Stefano, in the pay of the Koch brothers, quickly shut up.
